• Original & attested photocopy of SSC, FA/Fsc, BE/BS, BA/Bsc, Ma/Msc or equivalent certifcates/ degree.
• 4X passport size photos.
• Attested photocopy of CNIC/Forb B(NADRA).
• Crossed Postal Order/Cash of Rs. 200/. in favour of Director Recruitment, Naval Headquarters, Islamabad.
• Attest photocopy of domicile certificate.
